Responsible for facilitating and participating in large projects and support TSE/ESP projects from proposal through post implementation while monitoring expenses. Participate and provide feedback on Business Requirements. Act as project lead in conjuction with QAT to ensure test plans and specifications are completed and project meets established milestones.
Act as functional and / or IT lead on large projects and / or as a support role on TSC/ESP projects. Responsibilities include:
•Meet and discuss requested changes with business client ensuring a thorough understanding of specifications.
•Review with technical team(s) to ensure understanding of project requirements.
•Participate in design discussions and assure functional specifications are delivered.
•Responsible for coordinating estimates for large projects and performing estimates for assigned component on TSC/ESP projects.
•Facilitate / provide estimates after business requirements and functional phases while establishing time lines and project phases.
•Participate and provide feedback with clients regarding business requirements.
Act as a representative for the applicable application, functional lead, or other IT lead for supported project. Works with the vendor and technical team for a thorough understanding of the project functionality and provides insight on implementation. Participate in and documenting data mapping for integration of systems, conversion, and acquisition related projects. Work with QAT (when applicable) to gather and organize test plan and test scripts based on functional specifications. Work with QAT (when applicable) to manage and / or execute test scripts verifying changes / enhancements work and perform as required. Act as functional or IT lead with other project team members in regards to other systems that impact project. Schedule and facilitate project team
meetings, document and distribute meeting minutes as applicable..
Consistently monitor functional specifications and change requests to ensure project stays within scope and meets Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Ensure that SDM (Software Development Methodology) / PMM (Project Management Methodology) process and documentation is followed. Assure that change requests are consistently documented, reviewed and resolved. Responsible for ensuring any issues that arise from testing or implementation are escalated and resolved appropriately in an efficient and timely manner. Ensure issues, incidences and questions are
documented, reported and resolved as required. Coordinate and manage the post implementation process to include but not limited to follow-up, feedback, problem resolution and also a post implementation debrief including an actual to plan for timeline and financials. Work with QAT (when applicable) to establish an integrated testing schedule with applicable application and facilitate project status meetings. Document and distribute meeting materials and responsible for follow-up. Work with QAT (when applicable) to facilitate and monitor integrated testing as needed.

Nature and Scope
The incumbent must have an in depth knowledge and detailed focus of the entire system to allow incumbent to work on projects outside of the normal BAU. The incumbent has direct interaction with business clients on a regular basis for large and TSC/ESP
projects. The incumbent participates in large and TSC/ESP projects from business requirements through post implementation.
The incumbent works independently with minimal supervision and provides direction to other team members as needed on projects.
The incumbent may have direct reports. The incumbent must possess strong decision-making skills.
Associate’s degree, or in lieu of degree five to seven years of relevant operational / business analytics experience to include Banking knowledge. Minimum seven years as subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing
application / system in business being supported, or five to seven years of project analyst experience. Thorough understanding of SDM/PMM/SOX where applicable. Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented and organizational skill required. Familiar with SharePoint in order to post project documentation as required.
PhaseGating approach to Project Management
Solid PC skills with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel and Word. Project plan software application knowledge preferred. Thorough understanding of applications being supported with an excellent knowledge of interfacing /
integrated applications. Ability to create communication timeline.
Ability to develop reports utilizing various types of report writing applications or the ability to convey specifications to other bank personnel for the development of reports. Ability to quickly learn time reporting system.
