The Technical Delivery Manager assigned to the Change Management Organization will be responsible for managing 3rd party vendor and service provider changes that have the potential of impacting Client products and services. The Delivery Manager responsibilities will focus on ensuring that all 3rd party vendor and service provider changes follow the Client Change Management processes. As part of the responsibilities, The Delivery Manager will participate on all change management meetings to communicate changes and its potential impact, resolve conflict by getting work either rescheduled or cancelled. Will be responsible for attending vendor established CAB to identify changes that are related to the Client and/or have the potential of impacting the Client in any way. Partner up with internal Client organizations that will be impacting by 3rd party vendor services changes to ensure that full understanding of changes being made are fully vetted and communicated. This position will also interface with the Client’s Service Partner Management Organization to ensure that all existing and new partners adhere to the Client’s Change Management Processes as well as participate in a Weekly Executive Review meeting. There will be additional duties and responsibilities assigned as the position identifies other areas of need.
Experience: At least one (1) year of Change Management within an ITIL Framework established environment.
Must have experience in leading/participating in a CAB with the technical ability to resolve conflicts in a change management environment.
Technically savvy (able to explain technical work to laymen)
Good interpersonal skills
Experience with Change Management process and systems.
Some vendor management experience.
Education and Training: ITIL Foundation Certified.
