5+ years of Customer Success management or related experience
Self-starter with a proven track record of driving Customer Success
Ability to understand customer business needs and connect the dots from technology and services to business value
Ability to juggle multiple projects and customers and effectively prioritize
Experience working closely with C-level executives through line-level managers
Demonstrated ability to influence change in complex organizations
High degree of understanding of technical terminology
Fanatical about Customer Success and driving customer value
Experience in an enterprise technical sales environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
