Robert Half Technology is looking for a Desktop Support Technician in Philadelphia, PA. The individual is to demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a customer friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment and independently. In addition to those duties, candidate should have a strong technical understanding of the various hardware, software and networking systems being supported. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain the organizations servers, workstations, and database. Resolve network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment and offer technical assistance to users. Develop network backup solutions for servers and workstations including disaster recovery and data storage. Act as primary point of contact for resolving IT problems and Technical assistance to users. Manage user accounts and shared accounts on the network and applications. Assist in managing network resources, including video conferencing, printers, servers, PCs, switches, etc. Troubleshoot connectivity and user issues on printers, workstations, scanners, and software packages, both locally and remote Setup and remove access to systems, software and operating systems Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software Windows 7 experience Active Directory maintenance Microsoft Office 2010/2013, Office 365 Mobile Device Support of Iphones/Androids/Blackberry Please send your updated resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] if interested.
