Duties and Responsibilities: Minimum Requirements: #plm
•Writes extensive user-focused implementation content for complex enterprise software such as Teamcenter.
•Installs, upgrades and patches multiple Teamcenter databases on multiple servers and VMs for testing, documentation and training purposes.
•Works with product managers, customers, subject matter experts, support personnel, and education services for product planning and development.
•Uses independent judgment to plan, design, and develop deployment documentation and training deliverables.
•Requires minimal direction on projects and often works on cross-functional teams.
•Drives strategic-level problems, projects, and programs to completion.
•Experience developing user-focused content, including online assistance, tutorials, and multimedia elements for complex software products.
•Familiarity with agile and waterfall software development methodologies.
•Strong experience deploying Tc (or other enterprise-level software) on a variety of databases (Oracle, MS SQL) and servers (UNIX, Linux, Windows, Mac)
•Has strong expertise with enterprise-level software such as aerospace, automotive, engineering and/or product lifecycle data management.
•Proven ability to learn products, conduct research, define content, and plan/develop/maintain information solutions for installers, administrators, and implementers.
•Successfully uses complex XML development tools and environment to create end-user products.
•Interacts with customers to learn their needs, and to test and validate user-assistance or training products.
•A Bachelor’s degree (or international graduate of a university level program) in a related field or in a technical field. Typically, at least 5 years of related experience in technical communication, preferably in enterprise-level software.
•Experience in Siemens PL customer industries or implementations a plus.
•Experience deploying multiple Tc instances on PL Cloud a plus.
