Motivated B2B Sales Professional Needed – NYC $70-$90K OTE

Working hard (The Role):
-Coming in and hitting the ground running- eager to learn and progress with our award winning training program
-Being the mediator between our client companies and our candidates
oClients: Driving sales and revenue for the company by cold calls, finding needs, coordinating interviews, negotiating salaries, and closing deals
oCandidates: Finding candidates, assessing the skills/experience, managing interviews, and facilitating on-boarding
-Working collaboratively with your team members; tracking individual and team goals and reaching challenging sales targets
-Networking and corresponding with clients and candidates in an inside sales role; maintaining relationships with existing clients and candidates as well as acquiring new clients and candidates through creative sourcing
Playing Hard (The Fun):
-First Thursdays: Events that the whole company attends, every first Thursday of the month, to see how the company has improved from the months previous and where we are aiming to go for future months. We finish up the night with happy hour and appetizers. Get a chance to socialize with co-workers and celebrate all your hard work for the month!
-Lunch Clubs: Events that only the top achievers get to attend. Michelin rated restaurants are booked for those who go above and beyond their sales goals. Enjoy fine dining at a 5-star restaurant instead of going to work that Friday.
-International Trips: Over the past year our top sales consultants have gone to London, Puerto Rico, and Newcastle
-Company Culture: The Gong! Close a deal and you get to not only hit it, but also run around and receive high fives from all your colleagues! We like it loud and fast paced- gets the momentum going and sales closed.
Salary and Growth:
-$35,000 base salary + Uncapped commission results in OTE of about $80,000 in your first year.
o25% of first year consultants make $100,000+ in their first year
-Path to Success! All trainees have laid out paths to Senior roles and Management
