This team’s role is to create the content and submit it in the correct format (which is already determined) to the team that works directly with our LMS, so this candidate would not be directly working with the LMS. This position requires an understanding of LMS implementation to build timelines and submit appropriate file formats.

RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIRED SKILLS:
•Plan tasks associated with design, development and implementation of a blended learning program.
•Implement learning programs on a learning management system (LMS)
•Work with designers, developers and subject matter experts to plan, track, and execute tasks needed for learning programs with medium to large scale complexity
•Manage projects within the project standard delivery framework and utilize standard project management methodologies and tools
•Define, communicate and reinforce roles and responsibilities on a project
•Use a range of planning tools to create a project plan, identify the critical path, and track progress
•Assess and manage risk
•Manage project meetings, agendas and follow-up actions
•Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking to organizational leaders and subject matter experts regarding projects
•Work on multiple program assignments simultaneously
•Collaborate with various team members to identify and communicate appropriate learning solutions needed to address identified business issues and needs
•Basic familiarity with learning solutions and methods including; the ADDIE instruction design model, learning objectives, major educational technologies such as self-study, elearning, audio, video, classroom, and virtual classroom; and adult learning theory.
