The Member Experience Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas. Lead implementation of member experience programs including scope definition, risk identification, and work stream facilitation. Create presentations to management on project updates, project status, and expected results. Ensure projects are completed on time and in scope. The Project Manager will work collaboratively across the organization to influence and implement plans to improve the member experience and ensure we are living up to the commitments made to our members.
Tracks the member experiences projects and initiatives for progress (project portfolio) and provide status reports
Champions projects and assists with definition of scope, goals, objectives and timelines and ensuring deadlines and targets are met
Assist in acquiring resources, coordinating efforts of the project team and managing expectations of the team members and stakeholders (acts as a liaison between project and stakeholders)
Develop business cases to prove value of initiatives and track value over initiatives lifetime
Gather data from multiple sources including Net Promoter Score (NPS) results, Consumer Assessment of Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey results, Health Outcome Survey (HOS) results, Complaints Tracking Module (CTM) analysis, and Voice Of Consumer to identify potential CAHPS and NPS drivers
Work with business owners to track new programs that could impact CAHPS and NPS
Ensure alignment and understanding of project scope and objective with the organization’s strategic objectives and the Voice of Customer
Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objective with applicable stakeholders
Ensure that all impacted areas are identified and appropriate resources are engaged
Ensure that project dependencies/linkages are identified (budgets, timeliness, cross-project dependencies, implementation timelines)
Ensure project deliverable and success criteria are identified
Manage/support project scope and objectives throughout the project lifecycle, as needed
