As our Senior Ops Analyst – Licensed (MLB & NCAA), and other Domestic Production models, you will lead and drive the high level analytics and storytelling for this dynamic quick response business as it grows to meet our customers demand and needs. You will drive elevating these Domestic Production models to ensure a faster Order-to-Cash business cycle for Replenishment and Key Sports Moments. In addition, you will define and drive key performance metrics for the Licensed (MLB & NCAA) business and other Domestic Production models. You will maintain a high level of interaction with Supply Chain, Category, Sales and Customer Service leaders. You will serve as the primary communicator of order management and or Supply Chain information. You will take leadership, using internal data, to identify business opportunities and present data-driven insight at meetings. As a Senior Analyst for NACS Operations you will also be working on cross-functional initiatives and system enhancements for the entire Ops org. In addition, you will coordinate with the Analyst Team and lead the overall strategy of the different business models including; Key Sports Moments, Replenishment and Quick Turn for an integrated offense.
•Support key business operation and lead strategic solutions
•Drive JBA reporting and root cause analysis for NACS as it relates to order management and make decisions in a fast timeframe
•Identify JBA systematic gaps to define current state adjustment and enhancements and future state needs
•Partner and engage with key stakeholders on key metrics and trending for operational reporting
•Provide leadership for projects and or enhancements of systems and processes to improve timelines, accuracy and efficiency of information
•Communicate project status to management, cross-functional leaders and the business. Provides support and participates in change management at department and end user level
•Work independently, and receive minimal guidance
•Solve complex problems; take a new or innovative perspective using existing solutions
•Lead and mentor other NACS Analysts; may direct the work of other team members
•Bachelor’s degree or an additional two years’ experience in lieu of a degree
•5 years’ experience in an analytical role
•Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Knowledge of JBA and SAP
•Strong analytical and leadership skills
•Demonstrated strength in Cognos or similar reporting systems
•Strong background in Financial, Sales or Supply Chain analysis preferred
•Understanding of data modeling and database structures from a user’s point of view preferred
•Strong networking and communication skills and ability to work across multiple organizations and teams to accomplish goals
•Flexible, ability to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a fast paced, results oriented environment
•Demonstrated strength in interpreting data into information through the use of current technologies (Tableau, Internet, OLAP, datamarts) preferred
