**This position can be based in either Frisco, TX or Snoqualmie, WA.**
This position Provides remote network surveillance and first tier trouble shooting for the USD (Data/ Core) Complex, Assisting in the Isolation and repair process of simple to complex equipment and network problems. This position carries out basic level diagnostic investigation for highly-complex issues or issues with substantial service impact and collaborate with peer support teams to generate a support plan to resolve the issue in the shortest timeframe possible. This team serves as the point of Execution and Validation of all USD (Unified Subscriber Database) work orders. The required support is performed over a wide array of platforms in the Network including, but not limited to HLR, MSC, BSC, RNC, BTS, OSS, VMS, LCS, ATM, IP, GPRS, WAP, SMS, MMS, and NAP equipment. This position is the primary interface between Tier 2 and the NOC.
